I have been working on saving my business which has been going through a bad phase due to declining sales. It is my mistake because I failed to effectively lead my team towards the goals of the business. I was unable to plan and create a roadmap for the business. Without our short-term and long-term goals, we had no direction and didn’t know what to do when. It created a lot of chaos and confusion in the organisation. The customers and employees became disgruntled, and it led to drop in sales. However, I realised my mistake and became more vigilant about my role in the organisation. New South Wales Ambulance says the man in his 20's was knocked to the ground after the explosion and is being treated for a range of burns.
